RGH Rubber & Plastics contacted us to design a cooling and heating system for their newly acquired industrial unit.
The reason for having correct climate control which is so important to them is for the processing of rubber technologies they supply to the medical and automotive industries .RGH need to have peace of mind that the materials they use are to the correct specification, the dimensions are within specified tolerances and also that the product will adhere to the substrate required.
Ambient Services designed a system providing even air distribution of the space with the exact temperature required so that the tackiness and elasticity of the adhesives used stays cool ensuring a good and successful process.
